deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Delivery is free of charge for any
number of items
- Most orders
are delivered within 2 weeks, although this is subject to stock and availability.
Some stock items can be delivered in just a few days, other items like Range
Cookers and Side by Side Fridge Freezers can take as long as 6 weeks. If you
email or call us before placing the order, this will help determine timescales
- We will contact
you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable delivery time. We can usually
only specify an all day delivery, but our carriers will usually call before
delivery
- We are happy
to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. You’ll
have the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket
during the checkout process
- If for whatever
reason you are unable to accept delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to accept delivery on a specified day will incur another delivery
charge
- If you decide
you do not want the product, or if you have oredred the wrong model, then
a re-packing fee will be applied if it isn't in perfect condition. This can
be expensive so make sure you pick the right appliance!
Faults
With the kind of
items we promote, it is very important to follow a few simple steps to make
sure you are covered and don't incur any problems.
1. Upon receipt
of goods, immediately check the model codes on the boxes of the items against
your receipt. If the product has the wrong code - IT MUST NOT BE OPENED! We
cannot re-sell the product if it appears second hand, so a re-packing charge
has to be applied if you sign for the wrong goods then open them
2. Once the model
codes have been checked, please check for damage immediately. We need to know
within 48 hours of delivery about any damage or we cannot accept responsibility
for the items
3. If there are
any faults or damage (which is rare), then call us as soon as possible. We
will need to order a replacement product and arrange collection of the faulty
item.
4. When the appliances
are installed, please check the functions. If there are any faults then we
can book a service call in or replace the item.
If you follow these
guidelines then you will reduce the chance of problems and charges. It is the
same situation with most kitchen appliance retailers, but we like to make our
customers aware of these steps before they order from us! |
