I can't find
the product I'm looking for - how do I search the site?
There are different ways
of searching for a product on Top Appliance:
• Click on product
listing from the left hand menu.
This is an alphabetical listing of all the manufacturers we stock. You can click
on the one you're interested in and list the product by type, price or model
number
• Quick search -
use the box in the top right hand corner to enter a product code or description.
You will get a list of pages that match your search words, with the most relevant
ones listed first. Then just click on the one you want!
• Advanced search
– use the pull down bars across the top of the page. You can search
by one or more categories. E.g, Manufacturer and Price, or Price and Appliance
type.
What if I forget
my password?
Click on 'I have forgotten
my password'. You will be asked for your user name, email address and the answer
to the password prompt question you set up when you registered on the site.
If you enter all these details correctly, you will be able to create a new password
and access all your account details. Otherwise please call our customer services
team on 0845 672 1 672.
What if I need to
change my details?
If you are already a registered
user, simply log in to the site and click on 'Update my details' on your account
page. Here you can change your address, phone number, email address and preferences.
How do I register?
To register, click on 'register'
in the right-hand corner of the top menu bar. Here you fill in a few details
and create a password for your account. Full instructions are included on the
registration page.
Why do I need to
register with Top Appliance?
Registering has
a number of benefits for you:
• When you register you
give us information such as your address, telephone number and email address.
We need this information to deliver your product and contact you if needed.
It also allows you to create a password, which means you can securely access
details of your order on this site and track its progress.

enter your personal details again when you return.
• Over time, we will be able to personalise the site according to your preferences,
