Please read these conditions of use before using this site which is operated by
e-appliances Limited ("we" or "us”). By using this site, you signify your acceptance
of these conditions in return for which we provide you with access. From time
to time we may modify the conditions of the site so please continue to review
the conditions upon returning to the site. E-Appliances Limited is registered
in England and Wales, under Company Number 04848148, with a registered office
at 106 Fitzwalter Road, Sheffield S2 2SP
Data protection
We comply with all UK data protection laws in collecting, storing and
using this information.
Storing and Sharing Information
We never release your personal details to other companies for marketing purposes.
All information gathered is stored on secure servers. When you purchase on-line,
payment details will be encrypted.
Third party banking and distribution companies handle our credit card transactions
and order completion. They receive the information needed to process your order.
These parties are under strict obligation as we are, to keep all information private.
We may use the information gathered to contact you by email, telephone or post
to provide you with details about our products or services. It is intended that
by providing information about yourself to us you consent to this practice. Other
than as required by law or in the prevention of fraud, we will not pass information
we hold about you to any other organisation (except associated companies). If
you do not want us to use this information in this way please contact us.
Payment and Pricing
We will endeavour to match or beat any genuine offer elsewhere on the Internet.
Proof of the offer will be required, and this is subject to management approval.
You can pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Switch. We will
take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but we
will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access
to your information. All prices quoted on our Web Site include VAT
Product availability
As many items are ordered direct from the manufacturer, availability
cannot be guaranteed. In this instance you will be contacted with the chance to
order a similar item or accept a full refund
Ordering
We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible
via e-mail, telephone or post. A binding agreement arises once we accept your
order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order
Delivery
We will contact you to arrange delivery. All products must be inspected at the
time of delivery to check for damages. We must be notified immediately if there
are any faults / damage to the goods.
Upon receipt of goods, immediately check the model codes on the boxes of the
items against your receipt. If the product has the wrong code - IT MUST NOT
BE OPENED! We cannot re-sell the product if it appears second hand, so a re-packing
charge has to be applied if you sign for the wrong goods then open them.
Once the model codes have been checked, please check for damage immediately.
We need to know within 48 hours of delivery about any damage or we cannot accept
responsibility for the items .
Never use a product if it is incorrect or damaged as this is considered acceptance
and we cannot re-sell the item
Cancellation and returns
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 working days after
we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must
not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and before use or installation
of the product.If you wish to return the goods more than 7 working days after
we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them and must have
kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or
request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.
For each item that needs repacking a £50 charge will be applied, larger items
may incur a higher repacking charge.
There will be an additional charge of £20 for administration costs FOR RETURNING
ANY APPLIANCE AT ANY TIME. THIS COVERS OUR HANDLING FEE AND RE-SALE OF THE GOODS
Opon receipt of a written or verbal cancellation request, or return of the
goods if applicable, we will refund any money paid to us within 28 days.
Further costs applicable will include (but are not limited to);
• Damage to product whilst in your care
• Use of product whilst in your care
• Damage if item/s returned to us via your own transport
This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions
implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Product descriptions
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colours of our products that appear on this Web Site. While we try to be as
accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate.

No warranty - Use of the site is at the risk
of the user. We take no responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential
loss from use of the site and all implied warranties are excluded to the extent
permissible under English law. We accept no liability for viruses infecting
the user following its use of the data, graphics or text on the site

of Liability
In no event will we or our suppliers be liable for any special, indirect,
punitive, exemplary or consequential loss, or any loss whatsoever, including
loss of data or profits and the like whether or not in the contemplation of
the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence),
product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set out above are fundamental
elements of this agreement and the site would not be provided to you without
such limitations.
No reliance
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information accessed
via this site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy,
timeliness or completeness of any information or material appearing on it. We
have no responsibility for content provided by third parties and are merely
providing access to such content to you. We do not endorse, support, represent
or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any third party information
and you acknowledge that any reliance on such information will be at your own

Validity of provisions and remedies
Each provision of these conditions is severable. If any provision is
or becomes invalid or contravenes applicable regulations then the remaining
provisions will not be affected.
Remedies
Our rights and remedies under these conditions are cumulative and are not exclusive
of any rights or remedies provided by law or contract.
Waiver
No waiver by us of any breach of these conditions shall constitute
a waiver of any other breach. No failure by us to exercise any remedy shall
constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other
remedy.
Governing Law
All contracts formed between us for the purchase of items from this
Web Site shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of the English Courts
